What are the cancellation policies for tickets and tours?
Tickets for the Jesuit Church light show
No cancellation/refund possible. Tickets can be exchanged in advance free of charge, subject to availability.
Group tickets for the Jesuit Church light show
Cancellation 0 to 30 days before the show: 100% of the cost. Cancellation up to 31 days before the show: free of charge. If the group size decreases 0 to 30 days before the show, 100% of the cost will be charged.
Individuals Lilu tour
No cancellation/refund possible unless a doctor's certificate is presented. Tickets can be exchanged in advance free of charge, subject to availability.
Private group tours Lilu tour
Cancellation 0 to 30 days before the tour: 100% of the cost. Cancellation up to 31 days before the tour: free of charge. In case of delay, the duration of the tour will be shortened according to the waiting time or delay. Our guides will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes without the group showing up, Lilu may cancel the booked tour. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show. A refund of the cost is excluded.

Our light shows offer an all-round enchanting experience in the church. The show is projected onto the walls in such a way that a unique experience can be guaranteed from any seat in the church.
